(We are also have a promotion where you can get $10 off if you get both Volume 1 & Volume 2 together.)

I have to say, even though I'd read and reread each of the stories for Volume two 20 times over, I still thoroughly enjoyed having the final book in my hands and being able to read each one again! I hope you guys enjoy this as much as I do :).

576 red col-erase pencils arrived in the mail today! I wonder how old I'll be when it's time to replenish. It's a good thing I'm splitting it with :iconmattrhodes: and :icondasunicorn:.

Sadly, I had to put my cat, Dexter, down today.  But on top of that, while I was waiting at the veterinary clinic a car crashed through the window behind me.  It was pretty surreal, luckily the car didn't go too far into the room and no one got hurt.

Last year Mike Daarken Lim asked me to be a part of an art auction called Beautiful Grim. Here's a little bit about it:

"Earlier this year my girlfriend, Cat, was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 25. On November 3rd, 2009, she had a bilateral mastectomy after going through 16 weeks of chemotherapy. As you can imagine it has been hard for her, not only mentally and physically, but financially. In order to help alleviate some of her medical bills Leif and I wanted to throw an art auction. The proceeds that are left over after her medical bills have been paid will go to a breast cancer related charity to be determined by the artists in the coming weeks.

We currently have artists contributing that hail from all regions of the industry: concept artists, animators, photographers, sculptors, fine artists, illustrators, you name it. The theme for the auction is "Beautiful Grim." The interpretation of "Beautiful Grim" has been left up to the artists."

To help support Mike and Cat, check out the auction, spread the word, and maybe even place a bid:
